You provided an environment for me to look inside and discover who I really am and what matters to me as well as identify the obstacles (both real and perceived) that get in my way. I now have the tools to stand up as a significant leader in my organization.
Coaching Circles were created as a natural outgrowth of the LifeLeaders® Program and consist of eight members from diverse occupations and organizations who come together for monthly half-day meetings. The meetings are a structured, facilitated blend of experiential, life-sharing and issue-exploring dialog in a small group setting with peers.
Millennia Leaders Coaching Circles are an exclusive professional peer network experience.
Coaching Circles were developed by taking the best elements from the highly successful LifeLeaders® Program to create the next level of professional development for participants.
Each Coaching Circle consists of eight women from different companies who come together for monthly half-day meetings. Each meeting is structured and facilitated with a blend of experiential, life-sharing, and issue-exploring dialog in a small group setting with peers. Content explored is related to critical issues and challenges faced personally and professionally by Circle members.

Membership Criteria
* Solid base of business/corporate experience in your career * Commitment to attend and actively participate in monthly meetings * Desire to identify and achieve personal and professional development goals * Willingness to support professional development goals of other Circle members
Monthly Meeting Structure
* Member check in (based on pre-work completed before each meeting) * Presentation of meeting focus and topic * Open discussion of topic * Discussion of burning issues and challenges of Circle members * Goal setting for next month * Meeting dates for the year are determined by each group at the kick-off of their Coaching Circle * Meetings are held from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm at the Woman's Club in Minneapolis
Space is limited to eight members in each Coaching Circle. Each Circle will be comprised of women from different companies and industries.
